Dog abandoned outside SPCA shelter hit, killed by vehicles

Another tragedy here in the Central New York community.That's what members of the CNY SPCA are saying after Ginger, an 11 year old dog was killed after being hit by two cars. Officials say Ginger's dog sitters left her at the SPCA after they grew tired of waiting for the owners to return.
